Refund Policy

For the safety of our employees and customers, all items in our online store are non-refundable. We cannot make any additions or changes to your order after placing the order. Please place your order with caution.

We do not accept any refunds in the following cases:

I bought the wrong product; I didn't like the taste I got; I bought more than I needed; I no longer need it; the logistics time is too long to accept;

However, if there is any problem with your order, please feel free to contact us through the following methods and provide your order number.

Order Cancellation

Under what circumstances will SNOWPLUS unilaterally cancel the order?

If we find any of the following violations before the goods are shipped or signed for, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the original account:

1. The ordered goods exceed the purchase limit of the same account.

2. A single account does not violate the purchase limit, but the individual is judged to be associated with multiple accounts (by payment account, delivery address, IP address, contact number, etc.), and the purchase limit is cumulatively violated.

3. Determine that the purchase was made by improper means, or find evidence that the order is not a legitimate order.

Order Return

If the customer's courier is returned by the local customs, we have two ways to deal with it:

1) Full refund: After the courier is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the order payment to the customer's payment account;

2) Re-shipment: We can re-ship for you free of charge, giving priority to the nearest flight.

Deduction related

Rejected orders may appear in your account as pending transactions or pre-authorizations. Your bank or credit card provider will remove these pending transactions from your account within a few business days.

These are not fees, but the funds are not available during this period. SNOWPLUS does not hold these funds. Please contact your bank for more information about pending transactions.
